It's been almost three years since I first was approved for the Ohtori fanlisting, and since then my views on him have changed. More material has been given to me to work with and time does affect one's interpretation. He's still the very caring boy I thought him to be in the beginning, but the Ohtori I see now is harder in many ways. He is not the stereotypical "blushing virgin bride" that many people take him to be. Ohtori is a Hyoutei regular and for good reason. He's proud, he's strong, and he's actually not very outwardly nice to people. Polite, yes. But nice, no. That is reserved for his few close friends, the most notable of which is Shishido whoheishavingsexwith. I like this more mature Ohtori. He's more complex, he's more interesting and more able to really hold his own with such a powerful personality like Shishido's.

He's grown along with my perception of him, and I like that.
